Editing a rule

To modify an existing rule in an admin or vault policy:

1. Navigate to Settings, then Policies.
2. Select the relevant policy, then tap Rules.
3. Tap the options menu (...) next to the rule you wish to change and select Edit rule.

Modifying parameters

You can update any of the following settings:

1. Operation: Change the specific action that triggers the rule (e.g., switching from User management to Vault management).
2. Quorum members: Update the base quorum members eligible to approve the request.
3. Threshold: Change the number of approvals required from that group.
4. Sub-quorums: Add or remove sub-quorum requirements for additional security.

Saving changes

1. Tap Continue after making your edits.
2. Review the new rule configuration and tap Save changes (or Finish and review).
3. Follow the prompts to submit biometric approval.

Note: This action requires quorum approval. Other administrators will receive a notification to review and confirm the changes before they take effect.

Select Edit approvers, make your changes, and tap Finish and review. Follow the prompts to submit biometric approval (quorum required).
